Why do I receive the error message "Invalid Access Code for an exam in this language. Please try again." when adding my proctor code?

If you see the Invalid Access Code error when starting an online proctored exam, it may be due to the following reasons:

• Incorrect proctor code entry (check dashes and capitalization are added correctly).

• The language scheduled for the exam is different than the language selected by the examinee.

• The exam session is scheduled for a different date.

• The proctor code has reached its scheduled student limit; additional students need a new session and code.
