BASSET Card: The BASSET card will be mailed directly from the Illinois Liquor Control Commission.

Out of State Employees: If you have an out-of-state profile (e.g., from Indiana, "IN") but work for a company in Illinois ("IL"), you may not receive your BASSETT card. To resolve this, we recommend updating your profile to an Illinois address before proceeding with the exam or certification process.
