What is Texas FoodGuard program?

The FoodGuard® Texas Online Course and Certificate Exam contains the online training and the FoodGuard Texas Certificate Examination to meet standards for managers in the state of Texas.

• Exam Details: 80 questions, 90-minute time limit, no proctor required.

• Passing Score: 75% or higher.

• Certificate: If passed, printable/downloadable certificate.

• Retake: If score is below 75%, repurchase and retake the exam.

• Validity: Certificate is valid for 5 years in Texas.

• Additional Requirements: Local health authorities may have extra certification requirements.
