  • If you're having trouble connecting to your exam, the fastest way to get help is to use the ProctorU Live Chat feature within your ProctorU Account.

  • If a proctor can't resolve the issue within 5 minutes, you'll be transferred to a Proctor U Technical Support Agent. If the issue persists for 15 minutes, you'll need to reschedule or reconnect with a new device.
