How long can I hold on to unopen Managers exam hand booklets?

ServSafe Managers Exam booklets may only be held on to for 30 calendar days from the original exam date. All exam booklets must remain unopened and stowed away in a secure area until the new exam date. Once the exams are rescheduled within the 30-day window, they must be sent back within 2 days for processing and grading.
