Follow these steps to schedule your print-based Food Manager Exam:
Log in
Log in to the ServSafe website.
Go to Dashboard
Hover over your name and select Go to Dashboard.
Role
Select Instructor/Proctor as your role.
Exam Management
Select the Exam Management icon.
Schedule Exam Sessions
Select Schedule Exam.
Examination Request Agreement Form
Read and select I Accept.
Online or Print
Select Print Exam.
Exam Request Form
Complete all required fields and select Schedule Examination.
