How do I schedule the print-based Alcohol Exam?
Follow these steps to schedule your print-based Alcohol Exam:
Log in
Log in to the ServSafe website.
Go to Dashboard
Hover over your name and select Go to Dashboard.
Role
Select Instructor/Proctor as your role.
Examination Management
Select the Examination Management icon.
Schedule Exam Sessions
Select Schedule Exam.
Examination Request Agreement Form
Read and select I Accept.
Exam Request Form
Complete all required fields and select Schedule Examination.
Print Materials
Once your exam is scheduled, you will receive an email notification and be taken to print your exam materials. On your exam date, you will need to print your Exam Information Form and the Exam Booklets per student.
