How do I redeem a Course Key?
To redeem your online course key, follow the steps below.
Log in to the ServSafe website
Log in to your ServSafe.com account.
Go To Dashboard
Select Go To Dashboard.
Locate the Student icon
Select the Student icon.
My Online Courses
Select My Online Courses.
Redeem Course Key
Scroll down to the Redeem Course Key section to enter your key.
If a course key has been emailed to you, you can copy and paste the key into the Redeem Course Key section.
Once the key is redeemed, the course will automatically open in a new window.
Important: Course keys are case-sensitive, space-sensitive, and dash-sensitive. For example, a lowercase "l" and an uppercase "I" may appear similar, but the system distinguishes between them.
