How do I close an online exam session?
Follow these steps to close your online Food Protection Manager Exam:
Log in
Log in to the ServSafe website.
Go to Dashboard
Hover over your name and select Go to Dashboard.
Role
Select Instructor/Proctor as your role.
Examination Management
Select the Examination Management icon.
Exam Session Status
Under View Exam Session Status change your status from Request Approved to In-Progress (Online).
View Progress
Select View Progress on the exam session you are closing.
Grade Exam Session
If all examinees have completed their exam 100% you will select GRADE EXAM SESSION. This will release the exam scores.
