How can someone apply and teach the Ohio ServSafe Person in Charge instructor-led course?

If you wish to become a ServSafe Person In Charge instructor you must complete the following:

1. Be an approved ServSafe Food Handler Instructor.

2. Apply with the Ohio Department of Health to become an Ohio Person in Charge instructor: https://odh.ohio.gov/home

3. Indicate they will use the ServSafe Person in Charge class materials on their application to the Ohio Department of Health.
