How can I unassign a course key?
If a student has not started a course, you can unassign it and return it to your pool of course keys. By following the steps below:
Log in
Log in to ServSafe.com.
Dashboard
Select Go to Dashboard.
Admin
Select the ADMIN icon.
Course Management
The select COURSE MANAGEMENT below.
Course Activities
Choose the course to which you assigned the course key.
Management Options
Select the Track Students icon under Management Options.
Unassign Course
If the student has not started the course, a red trash can icon will be visible. By selecting this icon, this will remove the course from the student, allowing it to be reassigned to your course key pool.
